Mama Doc Pediatrics
I'm fortunate to have friends who are also clients. Dr. Penn has been both for me and my family. Dr. Penn contacted me in September of 2012. She was new in town and a mutual friend, who she happened to now live next door to, told her about me.
I remember it like it was yesterday when she called. The reason I remember it so vividly is because I had prayed 5 minutes before I got the call for God to send some work. We only had $100 to our name and it was the middle of the month. She, and the resulting work, were literally a God-send and I'm thankful everyday God sent her our way.
To make a long, really awesome story shorter (shoot me a message and I'll give you all the details), I made a logo, some promotional materials, and a website for her. Two years later, after being wildly successful working with another pediatrician in town, she called me back to tell me about her own practice.
The first thing she asked me was whether I was available and the second was, "What did you think of my last office environment?" To which I replied, "How honest do you want me to be?" The resulting [honest] conversation is what led to the fun, out-of-the-box thinking Statesboro and the surrounding areas have rarely seen.
This project has been one of the most expansive and fun. I was able to create the branding, promotional materials, website, collaborate with Jennifer at C. Merrill Construction on the interior design, design custom room labels, and a photo shoot with the wickedly talented Alicja Colon.
